Saajan, interesting picture with nice colors. I would go for an 3:2 format reserving 1/3 for the sky, keeping the tree and removing the signature.

I personally would clone out the tree as for me it effects the balance. I’d want the eye to focus on the s curve
Remove the tree if you're okay with that, but leave it if you'd like to keep the editing pure to you.
