Just an idea, try to crop out the green grass.
Hi, thanx I kept it because I wanted it to be out of focus so as to project viewer's attention to the central, in focus, part. I'll try, nonetheless.
I like the warmth of the shot. Maybe try making it black and white. I don't think they had colour photography in Gladiator times.
