As always when critiquing an image, my comments are based on the fact that I wasn't there, so I don't know what's outside the frame.
My first reaction was the left frame has distractions. I would crop out to the outer edge of the triangular sign at the edge of the outer building.
The sky is the show here, so I would have framed more of the sky by panning right. But, this is where not being there may be wrong since there may be distractions to the right.
I like the colors and the really nice reflections. I'd revisit this spot several times if you can. It's a nice scene.
