Shot this just after sunrise and the clouds where darkening overhead so tried to enhance this with the really dark vinegette and overall feel of the image.

Love the scene with the naked tree and its reflections! I also thinks the colors work very nicely. I do think the image will be better with less vignette. Overall a photo to be proud of!
I agree with Johnan, I also think for certain commercial uses the vignetting may add to it but otherwise would tone it down a little. (the advice of a total amateur)
You came to the right place at a right time. Great photo, but I would change the editing quite a bit. Less extreme contrast, more diversity in colour, more subtle colour gradations, more detail in the shadows, bringing out the yellow and orange tones in the clouds to contrast with the blue.
Yes, less vignetting (a bit) will improve, the colors and contrast are fine.
