Both are quite nice, but I prefer the first one. It's a little better balanced. The large rock formation in the foreground is throwing off the balance a bit. Picking nits, for sure. Like I said, I like them both.
I like the composition of the first one better. Really shows the open space of the area.

I like them both. I like the second one better as the closer shot creates more drama. Also I like the play of light on the grass and the side of the foreground boulder.Very good shots.

It's a very tough call, they're both very beautiful photos! I like how the first image really leads my eyes through the whole picture to the sunset and I like the light play in the foreground of the second image more, it's subtle, beautiful and also works to lead the my eyes toward the setting sun.
If I had to pick it wouldn't be easy, upon my first look I would have said I like the 1st image more, now I'm swaying towards the second just because the foreground lighting, it's fine on the first but it's perfect on the second.
Thanks for sharing!

#2 is better - not so many details and the clouds are bolder.

Both are good. I prefer bottom one - bigger sun balanced by round rock in LBC with kind of round light spot on it
Both are good frames but i would choose the bottom one. more defined leading lines and sky, great light and presence of the sun.
