Upper Wildcat Branch Falls

Wildcat Branch Falls is a local swimming hole in Cleveland, SC. As beautiful as these falls are, it's not a very well known spot. It's unmarked and sits on the side of a long stretch of 2-lane highway... I've driven past this spot several times and never realized it was there.

This is my first real attempt at using Lightroom (I've always used Photoshop), so I'm hoping everyone here can offer some CC to make this image better.

great image

Thanks, Federico!

Take your shadow slider and try to bring out a little detail in the shadows and if don't want a global adjustment use your brush tool as it also has a shadows slider to pick your spots.

Thank you, Terry! I'll try that with the shadows.

Udpate: I just found the adjustment brush! lol! Thanks again for the guidance.

Looks like a nice location. When I process my waterfall images, I find adding a touch of clarity on the waterfall with the brush tool helps it bring out the details a little more.

Keep up the good work!
