I like that it looks like it's wearing a tie. Business cow.

It's a great shot and, compositionally, I would go further with the cropping and remove the other cow in a nice square crop.
There's too much masking / lack of clarity for my liking, so it has more of an oil painting aesthetic, when the cow's fur is the star of the show all by itself, but that's an issue of personal preference.
