Out on one of my wanders around the island l met up with this guy, now there are hundreds of highland cows on islay and l have many pics of them, but this one was nice and backlit with the setting sun, couldn't resist taking a shot. You like ?
A couple of old photos taken while the Amtrak was stopped - somewhere in Colorado, I think?
(And yes, I like that the vertical leans!)
Just a heads up for anyone that may be interested (and as things are slow in the group.....).
This female has arrived at Hamerton. This place rescues animals from all over the world, mainly endangered species, and they breed when they can.
I've photographed Ady a few times now. We get better each time as a team. This image was a fave from our latest session. I hope you like it to.

Perfectly done!
I like that it looks like it's wearing a tie. Business cow.
Wonderful
It's a great shot and, compositionally, I would go further with the cropping and remove the other cow in a nice square crop.
There's too much masking / lack of clarity for my liking, so it has more of an oil painting aesthetic, when the cow's fur is the star of the show all by itself, but that's an issue of personal preference.
Thanks for the comments folks..
