this is a picture I shot a few weeks ago during my holidays in the dolomites.
Actually I know this place very good and I planned a shot with some sleeping cows in front of the rocks, but.. I think the first time in 30 years, there were no cows. So after a always great lunch at Riffugio Locatelli we took a walk to Lange Alm where I positioned my Fuji X-T2 on the tripod and with the intervallometer it shot nearly two hours a photo every minute while my friend and me where having a beer or two.
That looks like a fantastic place to shoot.
I think that's called lazy photography Thomas."shot nearly two hours a photo every minute while my friend and me where having a beer or two." Others might differ. I would prefer no sign in it. It could work well in black and white.
Sorry, but seems as a snapshot! I've been there and know the potential of this place
it does look like a fantastic place to shoot i would have to agree with Geoff on this i find signage terribly distracting in a landscape change the angle up and make i feel as grand as it looks
thanks joseph, interesting point, I personally shot especially at this place because of the path and the signpost, therefore I do not find it distracting
I agree finding a different angle to take the sign out, would have been my preference.
