One of the last ones from our recent Mt. Rainier trip. Rainbow was coming and going as the sun went in and out from behind the clouds. Beautiful hiking trail with many photo opps.
liked your previous posts a lot this one in particular though is a bit blown out play around with it a bit and show it again highlights are blown out look at the top of the falls its probably pure white...you were probably shooting at the peak of the sun time of day and it shows a bit because of the lack of shadows and the brightness of the sun just washing everything out on the rock face if your able this would be a great shot in earlier or later hours if you could repeat

Thanks for posting Per. It's interesting how a rainbow always grabs our attention.I like the scene and would probably just increase the contrast a bit and the colour saturation.
Great feedback guys! Yes, not the best time of day to shoot this, but I couldn't pass up the rainbow. Took a couple minutes to reduce highlights and boost saturation just a bit. Added the updated version below. I think that's better? Thanks much!
more natural now way better if you wanted to try something else layer 2 of the fixed one. one as is and make one like 40-50% darker then use the eraser at 25% to pull out the best highlighted areas like the main column sky rainbow and bits of the rock face could bring back the drama the sun stole from you .....something like this
