I took this shot from a hide where a friend and I waited for a couple of hours. These badgers (there were three) have been accustomed to a lighted feeding spot where they go to every night. This guy just poked his head into the lighted area which allowed for this shot as if it is emerging from the dark. I darkened the foreground quite a bit in post to emphasize the badger more.

Great capture Daniel. People over here in Australia set up camera traps for this sort of thing but not as much fun in my opinion as waiting for the badger to show up live.
