My primary goal for this winter's photography is to shoot a Snowy Owl once the snow flies. However, today, my wife and I went to the Assiniboine Zoo in Winnipeg, MB. This gorgeous creature was feasting on something, but took the time to allow me to grab this shot.
This is in a zoo? Most of the community will roast you alive for that. But it's a good way to get experience.
Well done Dave. One of our most celebrated and prolific photographers in Australia, Steve parish, happily admits to getting shots in zoos for his books etc. he also takes young kids getting into photography for training in zoos.
