nice shot i think i would have done 2 different setups on this either pan a little to the right so the center tree wasn't perfectly in the center cutting the photo in half or taken a panorama to get more of the lake but i like the sunburst and the shadows coming through the trees thats really nice. also noticing from the background you are 10 degrees or more off level I'm assuming you just wanted the trees upright instead of leaning towards the lake.

Yogesh Dhakal the "flare" detracts from this image as one should focus on the shadows. Ideally, it would have been better if you attempted this shot earlier in the day. The over all clarity of the image is excellent and the balance of the shot is spot on. Again, try this shot earlier in the morning & at a lower angle.
Edit: Just wanted to add, would it made any difference if you positioned yourself so that the larger tree was blocking the direction of the sun as this could have reduced the amount flare.
