Canon 5DIV Wired Trigger

Any wired trigger recommendations for the 5DIV? I realize it has built in wireless, that you can pair to the cellphone and use it often. I'm looking for a wired solution as the wireless you have to time the shot. Especially in waves, I had a challenge to get the timing right.

Why not use a wreless remote trigger? I've been using a Pixl for almost 2+ years now. You can get on Amazon for $25.

The Oper and myself are old school.. wireless options are not a very desirable solution. Erick, I miss the old school method of triggering the shutter as the 35mm cameras use to have a srew in port at to allow for a triggering cable. Today it's all USB or wireless. Try the B&H site https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/164276-REG/Canon_2476A001_Remote_...

Get the standard N3 wired remote for it. I have used the same one for years and it always works and never misfires. I'm not a fan of where they put the port on the 5d iv, but I still use it all the time. It's a little pricey for what it is, but mine has stood the test of time.

Thanks Ryan, Amp, Peter really appreciate the feedback this will help. I have wireless triggers but the is a delay when I trigger them which is why I'm looking for a wired solution.
