First one top too much uninteresting sand in foreground. Perhaps go closer to the first bush and use focus stacking? The second the leading line of the stump does point to anywhere intersting. Again u mightve got nearer. The fourth does show texture in the sand which i like. Crop the above as i said to understand what i am getting at. Sunsets and sunrises r so short. This is my struggle too. Suggest like me u get your head around scouting first for a composition by either visiting with a cell phone camera (if its too hot to stand around there) or getting there much earlier. Best of luck

Thanks marcus. These could probably all be improved on technically but there is something to like in all of them.I like the footprints in the first one leading towards the light. The second one I like the sand build up alongside the logs showing the nature of the terrain, third one shows the isolation.4th one the range of colours and the windswept nature of the place.
