Hello everyone, this is my first upload in the community. I am still learning how to take better landscape shots as you guys but I feel like I am in my bottleneck...Anyway, welcome any comments from you guys!
Welcome to the Fstoppers community. You'll find a lot of help and information here.
About your picture, it is a great location. However, I don't think you shot it at the best time of day. The light is rather harsh, and you have strong contrast between areas in light and shadow. It would be better if you took this shot at or just before sunrise or at or just after sunset.
Second, you need to decide what your foreground should be. If it is the town by the lakeside, you should have a better view of it, that is preferably not interrupted by the trees on the bottom left of your image. Ideally, I would position the lake in the centre of my picture with the mountains providing the backdrop. If possible, try a higher vantage position, and try and get the blue of the water in your shot.
It would help if you provided some more information about the picture. Lens used, camera settings, time of day, etc.
Regards,
Sid

When I zoom in on this Scloss I love the incredible detail in the picture. I love exploring the different parts of it.Maybe a little more saturation but I think it's great.A great first up post to fstoppers. There ar e lots of learned people here who will give good constructive criticism and judging by your first offering you could probably teach many here a thing or two as well. I encourage you to get involved. Well done.
