First I do like this quite a lot. It might have too much going on (foreground cleat, mid-ground lighthouse, bridge lights on back right, water with reflections, city lights in background, subset and clouds). Also the lighthouse leaning distracts a little.
Oh yes you are right. I have not notice the lighthouse leaning, until you told me.
