hahahaha...awesome job i will definitely try this I'm assuming you have to have at least a dozen shots to do this.. right? obviously a single image is a single image and the noise will not be able to be fixed....side note i thought you were going to leave the blue light/cookie

Yep, you need about a dozen shots. I hear you, why not just expose for longer? Because something else may prevent you from doing so (e.g. motion). Of course, stacking moving objects will result in blur, but you can work around that maybe (like I did with the cloudy sky and the stars).

The blue light (rather, a reflection with a high color temperature) I did as a bonus for you ;-)
