My two cents. As mentioned by Jordan, I think the sky is a little overdone. Also, the lines in the sand are going parallel to the frame, leading the viewer's eyes out of the frame. It would have been nice if you moved a little to your right and had the lines going away from the viewer, leading his eyes towards the horizon.
It's interesting that you mentioned the leading lines. I actually saw it differently. I see them more like ripples in a pond leading my eye towards the main event. Perhaps that's a little too unconventional and I'm crazy, haha.
I consider this a very strong image. I don't have any issues with the ripples in the sand. Given the perspective, I find them a path in at least as much as out and my eyes tend to go from the sky down anyway. I think the sky is pretty dialed in. I wouldn't go any further with it, but it doesn't scream "unnatural" at me like so many do. I would guess that it captures the way it made you feel in the moment.
I would definitely take out the dark little plants(?) on the second dune though. Big distraction and for me distraction means subtraction. My eyes always end up being pulled back to them and thinking "someone needs to pick that refuse up".
Really nice shot. I love the foreground. The sky seems a little over processed, but it works well with the title you've given it.
Nice work!
Hi Jherome,
Nice shot and great location.

Thanks for the feedback. I agree with you on the plants. They are distracting.
Thanks for the feedback everyone! Really appreciate it.
