Hi. Need some constructive criticism on this one. I personally like but I don’t feel it’s up to par.

Hi Darrel, It looks like there was some nice light! However, it does not seem sharp due to perhaps a too slow of a shutter. If you could have gotten a bit higher, the head of the kayaker would not be one with the mountains in the background which would made him stand out a bit more. With a bit more exposure, the layers of the mountains in the background might also make for a more interesting image. In more cases than not, it doesn't work to center your subject as is the case here (the kayaker). Perhaps moving the kayaker a bit to the left in your composition would have worked better. I suggest brushing up on composition guidelines and perhaps the exposure triangle. Hope that helps!
