They are both vey nice and I particularly like the first one. I think it has a very unique perspective and it has good separation from the background, the background complements and does not distract, and I love the symmetry. Most of all I love the gentle light on the tree.
I like the colour in the second photo, but the photo itself looks a little flat. It might be worth playing around with the light and shadows a little more to give it some more contrast.
when shooting boats it helps to give a bit more depth and better lines if you shoot a 3/4 view not directly at its side and check the white balance it could just be the hour at which you shot but its a bit pink/magenta
