While the bloom isn't in full force, patches have started to bloom here and there. I'd say it would be best in about two weeks. Ideal would be mid Feb-March where the sun lines up better, but here is a first try.

gave it a 3 because it can be with very little effort bottom half is exposed perfectly the top is where you lose it a bit the focus should be on the flower entering the scene but my eye just goes straight for the blow out in the sky ...can you recover from the raw file or is it actually cooked?

looks better ...there are some people who purposely use a blown out sky in their photos but it just didn't work on what you originally posted
