Hey everyone,

New to this and just after some feedback on this photo. I'm not 100% sure on the edit/saturation on this photo.

Thanks,

Marc

Is this cape Woolamai ? I'd say it's way too saturated yes.

Yeah it is Cape Woolamai and yeah I'm not happy with the saturation of the pic

I agree it is too saturated, but I think there's also a bit to much grass on the foreground.

Overall i like it. I can see it being too saturated for photographers’s eyes, but I can almost guarantee if you showed this to a non-photographer they’d love the colour. So I’d say it depends on who your audience is, if you’re going for the average viewer, then it’s fine, if you’re looking to wow photographers, you might want to tone it down a tad.
Personally, I don’t mind the colours, but I can see why some would want it toned down.

I think Jordan has nailed it here. The way this appears on my monitor, I like it a lot. Most of the landscape galleries I've been in are filled with images that would be considered "over processed" here, but that's apparently what people are buying. Not that there is a "right" or a "wrong", it's art. This image works for me.

Yeah its oversaturated, but only in some parts of the image. It seems like blues are usually more friendly to being oversaturated than other colors. Yellows and Greens tend to look oversaturated pretty quickly. Maybe start off by pulling down the foreground reds and yellows and seeing how that looks.

As others have mentioned you might have too much grass foreground going on. And with the oversaturation, the grass has that slightly radioactive look to it right now.

there are many photographers that oversaturate to captivate an an audience and this would certainly wow...beyond that of whats been said i really like the shot comp looks good colors are good water has a great feel to it the sun got a little cooked but in this instance it gives a bit of dramatic flare nice job solid shot
