Full moon at dawn

At the foot of the Pirin Mountains, Bulgaria.
This shot came about accidentally. Before the departure to another destination, some light attracted me, and I found a full moon above the mountain peaks. I quickly put a telephoto lens on camera and from the hotel terrace took this shot.
Your thoughts are always welcome.

This is cool, maybe a little more detail from the foreground trees could make the shot pop a bit more.

Yes, it was possible, the only thing that I think this type of photo (contrasts, lines, shapes and colors) where such details would not have significantly contributed.
Even I think that maybe more saturation and color contrast would improve the impression, which I strongly avoided..
Many thanks Francisco!

Yeah now that I look at the edited version I kind of like the relatively flat profile of the original.

Yes, I guess a lot of people would do more than I do on re-edit version.

Wonderful image Radisa. like the composition and the coloring works well for me. Given the nature of the shot I don't really feel the need to see detail in the trees.
I much prefer the original - the slight haze/desaturation gives the image atmosphere and makes it feel more realistic.
I can appreciate however that the edited/more abstract image might appeal to others - I think both have a place.

Yes Alan, abstract vocation with a hint of the fine art is the main attribute of this photo, which you have a nicely remarked.
Thanks a lot!

Agree with Alan, point for point. Well done, Radisa, as ever.

A nice change from all the landscapes packed with "interest" in every corner. Simplicity can rise above. A good case of "less is more".

Thanks so much Chris! I love simplicity in landscape photography.

A very nice picture, and it shows that sometimes you need some luck and your camera near. Nice composition and colours.
I prefer the picture with more contrast and saturation. Its more abstract and describes the mountain better.

Thanks a lot Kjell!

Nice shot! I like the black and white. Maybe crop out a little sky.

Thank you! Yes, make sense to crop a little bit.
