A seascape on the edge of the Rhône river delta.
That day (last saturday), the sky was very cloudy.
Clayey and sandy sediments are melted with haline rocks. Noth fluvial and sea deposits create singular landscapes, quite rare in Europe. These landscape change every day. All are very short-lived. Some are managed for natural salt productions.
The third picture is my favorite. Looks like an interesting place to visit!
Agree with Shawn, David - especially the composition in the third.
Thanks for the comments. To me, thé framing i chose looks too much wide. Such a photography may look interesting printed, but more or less on a screen. I'm about to try other crops.
It would be good as a printed panorama, David. For me, the print is the definitive image, even though screens glow and have greater dynamic range, etc., etc.
