its a cool shot, havent seen a rainbow and cactus together. I'm not bothered by the white balance, maybe you could pull some yellows from the clouds.

I don't know what it is about this photo that reminds me of one of those old "3D" prints with the plastic refraction screen pasted to the front. You know, when you rotate the print side to side and the image changes. I think it's the strong vertical lines in the cactus and the color temp that makes it look like an old, yellowed photo.
Other than the slightly over-exposed cloud highlights, I like it.
