Your focus, exposure, technical aspect look spot on. I took a quick peak at your profile and the photo there is very well composed. That one is successful because the subject has that extra negative space into which to take action. In this image, the only feedback i would give is that the crop seems too tight. If you have it on the original, i would recommend leaving more open space on the right for this beautiful duck to fly into.

Agreed. If there is no space in the original I'm sure you could add pretty seamlessly in PS.
