I keep looking at this photo, changing the crop or coloring and I am just unsure. One moment I love it and the next I don't. I may just be attached to it because I was there and not that my photo takes me there. So I thought I would share here and see what the community feels about it.
I think it's a potentially good image, Kristopher, except that the contrast between the sunlit rock and the foreground is just too high, so it creates for me a slight sense of there being two competing images fighting to be seen. One to keep for sentimental value for sure, though!
Yes I agree the hot spot is too much. Sadly I did not capture enough data to be able to tone it down to an acceptable level.
