One of the places that I HAD to visit on our family trip last year. Cannon Beach and Haystack Island in Oregon is so beautiful and did not disappoint. I wish I would have more time or even a better time to visit it but what I got I do love. Let me know which photo you like better.
So the first I love because it shows the scale and the life around the island. People enjoying the place and experiencing what I'm experiencing.

The 2nd on is of the Island itself. It took me about 10 mins to get this shot because there were so many people around I had to wait for a clear shot.
Shot:
100mm f/8 1/750th ISO 800 -0.5
Shoot with a Canon 5D MKi and 50mm and 100mm lenses.
I think the first one is even the better one. The contrast between misty island and rich in contrast people at the beach gives it a special note. The sand in the foreground could be a bit more structured, but on the other hand it gives a special focus on the shoreline with the people. Excellent shot!
