Moraine Lake is notorious for being one of the number one locations on anyone's Banff, Alberta list. Thanks to this, it is also one of the most photographed.
A friend of mine and I started our drive at 3 am, to arrive at 5 am and steal one of the last few parking spots. It is hard to find a unique angle or view on Moraine Lake, but here are a few from there nonetheless.
This female has arrived at Hamerton. This place rescues animals from all over the world, mainly endangered species, and they breed when they can.
A couple of old photos taken while the Amtrak was stopped - somewhere in Colorado, I think?
