I like the reflection, and the motion in the clouds.
My main comment would be to do multiple exposures to compensate for the contrast within the image. Your buildings are well exposed overall, however the signs and a few of the lights are blown out.
My other comment is that this crop doesn't really do justice to this particular skyline. I've never seen it in person, but I feel like a wider crop to show off more of the city might have been stronger.
Hopefully things in Hong Kong settle down, I've love to visit.
