The mono is probably not a distinctive as I would like. I do like the cool blues of the light and time of day.

I like the last one, however it might lack a tiny bit of contrast in the sky. The composition is very nice.
In the second shot, you dropped your highlights too much. There is an issue with the brighter part of your sky, where the quality drops by a lot.
