Best shot from this waterfall series?

Having trouble settling on the best shot from this series of waterfall shots. Would love some thoughts on which one is your favorite and why. Any general feedback on any or all of the shots also welcome!

I’m going to say the third one is my favorite, because the angle and the foreground both add more depth to the location. On top of that the waterfall is nicely framed among the greenery.

Thanks for the comment!

I agree with Jordan that the third has the best angle, but the obscuration of the pool ruins it for me. The horizontal shot has the best composition in my opinion, but there is some haze or smoke or lens flare above the top of the falls that is distracting. I'd still like to see more of the pool. I would like to see this waterfall shot from an angle that is lower and closer with an unobstructed view of the pool.

Might need a chainsaw, Phillip.

Thanks so much for this comment! There was some haze/fog in the area which is what you are seeing in the first image, although I felt it added to the mood but I can understand why you might find it distracting. I might have some other shots from a lower angle with more view of the pool - will have to go back through my catalogue from this shoot and see what else I can find in terms of composition! I agree I wish more of the pool were visible in the third shot, but there was very limited ability to get an angle with the falls fully in the shot, plus the foreground trees, plus more of the pool.

3rd one

Thanks - that seems to be the consensus that is building. Much appreciated!
