Voidomatis River in Zagori Epirus, Greece. One of the most clean rivers in the world that can inspire fairy tales especially during its most beautiful season .
Hi Dora. It is a great shot and the colours are great. My 2c.... I think there is too much foreground water and perhaps some more trees please, can you try a photo with less water blur (but not sharp) perhaps to give more structure to the water?
Hi Ralph, thanks a lot for your comment. See below a rough crop I made just to check . I don't have any picture without the long exposure in the water. The river had very little water and in order to create the feeling of the flow and the guiding lines I wanted, I knew that I had to use LE. For me the flow of the water here works like guiding lines to the trees. The reason I wanted so much foreground water is to create the feeling of distance . I wanted the background trees to look far . At least for me this kind of distance creates a mystery of what is there ..
Hi Dora, beautiful image. The colors and light are wonderful. I agree with others that there is too much water in the foreground - it offers little interest but I can see your intent.
I do like your crop and feel that really elevates the image (although I'd like to see something in-between as that might perhaps anchor the scene better).
I don't mind the smoothing of the water at all. I think having detail might pull the eye from moving through the frame.
Nice image, Dora! I especially like the glow in the trees, and the contrast of the against the smooth, bluish water. I think the duration of exposure is just right for your intent. I broadly agree with Ralph, and also the points you make in response to him, including the issue of the guiding lines in the water. So I'd just crop a little less off the water (I note Alan thinks similarly):
Beautiful light! It does look like a fairy tale.
Thank you so much!!! It is my favorite place especially in Autumn

This is the crop
Both versions are beautiful, but I prefer your cropped version.

Lovely work!
Thanks a lot Alan I will probably keep the cropped version as well .

Hi Chris thanks a lot!!! I like the crop you are proposing . Still keeps the lines and the distance
