Tried High key Processing. Had Discarded the frame earlier but this time eye saw something in it. Am ambiguous about processing of sea within the composition of grey tones. Also if to define the horizon.
Please help with your critical opinion for the image. Thanks.

I like images i have to think twice.
In my opinion the wood to the left in the background makes it a little bit nervous. I would remove it.

@Thomas, Appreciate your opinion. I did consider removing the left wood extension but held back thinking it to be modification/manipulation.
However, seeing this frame also as art, will see it removed.

Terrific high key mono mate! I struggle with high key processing so kudos to you.
Missing horizon is ok for me personally.
Comment would be if you have tried darkening the jetty and / or a slight vignette as it feels a little busy.
