Last weekend, the plan was to do a hike on the countryside in Belgium and simultaneously do some location scouting for landscape photography. Not really knowing what to expect due to the lack of detailed plans and a mediocre weather forecast, i decided to take my gear and tripod with me anyways...you never know...
And oh boy was that a good choice. There wasn't a lot of hiking or scouting involved the first 2 hours...it was unexpectedly all about shooting and chasing the light... :)
It’s a bit eerie and moody, very cool.
I love the way the light is hitting the leaves in the upper half of this. They really pop. And the way the trees recede into the haze. Nice.
