Hi Cathleen yes the Orange Disks are to prevent the massive amount of ash fall down to the Temple Floor with these incense sticks burning the whole temple is surreal sight to see

Oh wow. I never thought about the glow the burning sticks might generate... and the tendrils of smoke. Abstract photography dreams. Neat!
