OK. So thousands of people have shot from a few feet of my tripod. But for me, just being there, and making my own photo was a sort of pilgrimage. It was taken at the right time of day, so that you can see a rainbow in Bridal veil falls. It was shot around 2 or 3pm on March 8, so there is good flow from the falls, and snow in the mountains. I have posterized the image very slightly, and altered the colors for a more pastel appearance.
I'm not on my Lightroom archive computer, So I don't recall the lens, but it is a composite, probably from 4 or 5 images, probably with a Canon 100mmm USM Macro lens, which is the sharpest lens that I own. The camera was in portrait orientation.
