Kjosfossen. One of the most beautiful water falls of Norway, Flam area.Presence of the the forest creature Hudra from Norse mythology who uses power of music to seduce visitors to this part of earth, makes the scene most enchanting. in this picture a Norwegian actor is dressed as lady of the forest called Hudra.
Any critique is appreciated.
I would agree it's a magnificent waterfall, but this image feels like a crop of a larger photo. There seems to be so much missing information just outside the edges of the frame. I'd like to see more of where the water comes from at the top and more of where it goes to at the bottom. And while the figure does give the scene some scale, it doesn't really add to the drama of the image. I'd also like to see a version that was shot with a wide lens, but closer to the stone structure in the middle of this scene. What's going on there?
Technically, the shadows on the lower right are very, very dark, if not completely black.
Did you crop this image? If so can you post the full image. It is an amazing place!
this one is another shot at the same place.
I prefer this composition (still would like to see a little more of the surrounding terrain), but the saturation is a little too much for me and the brightest parts of the whitewater are a little over-exposed.
