Beautiful. I think I like the first take a little bit more overall -- the color is lovely and it somehow feels more open and has more depth. But, as someone else pointed out, the first take has the one flaw of the tree's branches pointing out of the frame. This one feels much more balanced. I'd consider dodging the darker spots in the distance to even out the haze and really make it very minimal. And maybe bringing out a bit of the pink hue if there is any.
That being said, if you do manage to "replant" the tree in the other image, that is the winner to me. But, both are excellent images!
