I like it. Feels like the boat is about set out once there is a pinch more light in the sky; very moody for me.
I don't even know why you think "it might be a bit mucn", Kyle, not having seen your starting point. It's an entirely plausible scene - could be a SOOC jpeg. I like your concept, the composition - a sine qua non - and your processing. I agree with Joe. Nice job!
Thank you. Just with the dark shadows and all. Plus it seems like everything I like I get feedback saying too saturated or too contrasty. Which is fine b/c it's just a matter of taste. So I figured I'd get the same feedback with this picture as well. Glad you all like it!
