I don't know what it is, but it's a nice shot. I wouldn't mind a bit more room up top, the tip is a bit close to the edge. If this is a crop and you sill have the pixels I'd add a little to the top.
I agree with Troy, Bikash - this is a fine image, which would be enhanced if that tip had a little more room above it. No idea what that amazing flower is!
I agree with Troy and Chris. The "action" here is the way the image draws your eye along the flower bud (a habiscus) from base to tip - this is nicely done. The issue is that the tip is so close to the edge that it takes your eye right out of the image. It is helpful (or meant to be anyway) to always have you subject point into the image rather than out of it. You have the technique down - good focus, exposure, DOF. It is the composition that is too tight. It happens. Hope this is helpful.
