Four Experiments with Composites

Dear experts,

from my last hike I brought a couple of decent photos, all shot with a boring white sky. I replaced the sky in all pictures with Luminar 4 and even inserted a moon in one case. The results are certainly unreal and a bit kitschy but nevertheless interesting, I think. I have difficulties finding the right category. Perhaps you can help? I'd be happy to read your opinion.

Yours, Kandid

Interesting compositions! I'm no expert by any means, but this is what I see: From technical point of view, the sky replacement worked fine. However, I feel like the colours should be balanced a bit more to fit the sky. In the first picture for example, the greens feel a little bit too green (if you know what i mean), for a scenery with the moon like this.
On the other hand the third picture (with yourself or your companion?!) is really moody! And I like that. I would probably adjust the sky exposure a little bit upwards, because the top left corner seems to be a bit dark.
But nice pictures whatsoever ;)

Hi Pascal,

now I see it too, thanks for the hint. If the sun is down all colors become pale, so I should turn down the saturation of the greens.

Thank you for your feedback.

Kind regards, Kandid
