Used Nikon D7100 with 70-300 mm VR1 kit lens, took the river stream in a canal near my residence in New Jersey USA. The parameters are: 1/13 sec, f8.0, 250mm focal and ISO 100.
At this low speed, the whirling water attracted me a lot. To add further, since it rained the previous night, the flow was more and the water is very dirty.
