Not being able to get to the hills (Mountains for UK peeps) it has been a large number of local walks trying to make something interesting with what I have locally. Since the start of lockdown I have walked 193 miles and have a very bloated catalogue.

Lockdown's driven you to a good place then, Chris - I like this image a lot - that one crisp, bright frond against the soft background jungle. The toning you give some of your monochromes, as here, suits this rendering very well too.
You have a distinct, understated (UK-type?)* style, which resonates with me more than the overtly dramatic.
*I'm UK-born myself, so maybe there's a shared cultural influence we've grown up with.
