Burst shots with different - & + EVs -vs- AEB (auto)

I have the option of controlling my EV and take multiple Burst shots with my drone and or use AEB (option) [both is jpg and RAW]

Is there any advanage of using multiple burst shots at different EVs ?

I can also take HDR as well .
