"Outeniqua" vaguely translates as "The Mountains where men carry honey"
These are fold mountains along the South Coast of the Western Cape in South Africa above the small city of George. The highest peak in the picture is about 1578m (Cradock Peak).
As is obvious there are still a lot of yellow spring flowers open, and there has been a lot of rain recently.
