Just sharing. Comments or constructive critique always welcome. It's been helping recently to have my camera at the ready rather than in the bag forcing me to decide whether a shot is worth getting it out.
I came across this scene along a back country road while on the way to another location last month. This tree was a late fall turner. The mid-changing colors and backlighting made it look 3-dimensional. The sheltering horses just brought it all together. Not pictured was a white horse that strayed from the group. Unfortunately I couldn't align him in the foreground as he ventured across the field to visit me. He was clearly more sociable than the others. After sharing my apple, we parted ways and I was off to the next location.
