A human being, the mountains around him that tower above him, the immensity of the horizon, the sun's rays that begin to warm the air after the night.
He takes back what he was deprived of by everyday life, he takes back his time, he frees himself from invisible chains feeling free, perhaps the sunrise he is admiring is the reflection of what is happening inside him, an explosion of freedom.
A marvelous mood on a crazy beautiful spot! The photograph makes me hungry to sleep on the prak in the alps too and witness the stars...

What is your experience shooting milky way in Italy? On the maps I see a lot of light pollution, even in the Appenin mountains of Emilia Romagna.
Light pollution and humidity are a very issue in Italy, however there are some places in Bortle 4 class in Dolomites (few places in class 3) but the humidity can ruin your shooting session. Light pollution can be fixed in post production but humidity no. I love the winter because humidity is very low and we can have a clean sky.
