Initially my interest in making this image was the lineup of colorful footwear along this RV’s bumper. Once on the computer I noticed the difference between the RV’s scenic mural and the real scenic view.
Back around 2007 during a photo excursion I was complaining to a fellow photographer about the haze their very nonchalant response was I’ll just remove with contrast/brightness adjustments. Well what did filter/slider did Adobe add within a decade “dehaze”, and within a few years from that, “sky replacement”.

Lookup hazy in a dictionary one of the most ambiguous definitions I can think of.
So that really was coincidental? That’s crazy! I love it.
David, Thanks much for your perspective and comment.
Great work, Paul! Well seen, as they say.
How could you resist the temptation to dehaze the "real' scene? ;-)
In fact, you could've done two sky replacements here! I think you need to get back to work on this. ;-)
Sure I could have swapped one for the other ... ;-) ...we all need to get back to work on this! We all hold the keys to the solution to "Climate Change" . Dehaze and Sky Replacement are a Faux solution to out right air pollution. :-D ;;-)
Chris, It goes back to the early dazy of photography it's called "Yellow" Journalism. ;-)
