How do you Shoot out of a Motor sailer or Chessnar?

Yesterday a friend invited me to fly with him and shoot with him out of the Plane....

New Area and new thoughts ;)
On the ground I tried 3 variations of lenses:

Ultra Wide Angle 11-24mm
Not a good solution :D you probably see the whole wing and side of the Plane.
Well in a creative way it could be a nice view but not for me.

Standard Zoom 24-70mm
In my opinion the best choice for my first flight to get comfortable with the motion and feeling of the Plane :)
Also the best perspective till 500-1000 feet.

Zoom 70-300mm

A good choice for Details but unfortunately you have to push the Iso as high as possible to reach shutter speed of 1000th/s or similar.
All lower timings are blurred depending on the Motion.

So my first experience is keep the Shutter not slower than 1000th/s / Aperture at f 5.6 - f8 depending on light and last but not least the ISO between 100-800.
I also used the my exposure compensation to lower it for 1-2 Stops to keep shadows dark.

Please tell me your experience and shoots.

Agree with you on the shutter speed. I shot out of a small plane once and my shutter speed was too low so i got a few blurred shots. Although it seems like you are going pretty slow you are going pretty darn fast and add the small bumps and vibrations quickly makes for a blurred shot - so keep the shutter speed nice and fast! Maybe you can go down to 1/800th but not lower IMO.
